✅ Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used scissors cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
